Staff Product Development Engineer About the Role At Analog Devices, you will be a technical leader responsible for developing advanced electronic systems and components. You will drive innovation in design methodologies and testing approaches while influencing product strategy and roadmaps. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving complex engineering challenges and mentoring engineering teams to achieve breakthrough semiconductor solutions. Key Responsibilities Evaluation and characterization of ADCs, DACs, high-speed serial interfaces, and RF systems for cutting-edge transceiver products. Debug and analyze complex mixed-signal and RF systems across all operating conditions; document and present findings to design and cross-functional teams. Verification & release of embedded software for system level mixed-signal products. Verification of Digital, DSP & Analog features. Formulate test plans for and conduct lab testing of detailed RF measurements of complex radio platforms such as linearity, noise figure, EVM, etc. Responsible for taking silicon and ARM software from early development stage to full production release. Develop and automate test solutions using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and other programming tools for RF and mixed-signal verification. Provide recommendations for lab equipment and testing strategies to improve test time, accuracy, and migration to future platforms. Interface as the central resource with design, test, application, software and marketing teams as the product(s) move from design to completion and distribution. Direct interaction with applications/marketing as well as customers to resolve product issues. Analysis of measurement data and presenting results to a large, technical team. Mentoring junior engineers. Minimum Qualifications: BS or MS degree in EE or ECE or equivalent relevant experience 7+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience taking complex wireless platforms from development to market. Proven expertise in automating RF tests and working with advanced lab equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes) Deep knowledge of analog and RF circuits, high-speed serial interfaces, ADCs/DACs, and mixed-signal systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you will work with a highly capable team developing our most advanced converters. You should exhibit a strong, intuitive capability in solving complex challenges. Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively within a geographically diverse team will also be important. Your work will include: Collaborating with a team of other designers to implement key circuit blocks within a defined architecture Comprehending system level impacts of block level parameters and making trade-offs as needed Designing challenging transistor-level circuits Preparing effective design documents and conducting engaging design reviews Guiding layout, evaluation, and test engineering teams Qualifications M.S. or beyond in Electrical Engineering 5+ years’ experience in CMOS design Strong understanding of a wide range of circuits such as wide bandwidth amplifiers and comparators, switched capacitor circuits, precision voltage and current references, LDOs. While not a must, experience in high-speed data converter or SerDes PHY design is a strong plus. Experience in Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation tools. Job Summary We are currently looking for a Sr. Director, Environmental Health & Safety to join the Global Facilities, EHS, and Security management team. This is a corporate position where the successful EHS professional develops and executes strategies to strengthen workplace health & safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship. The Director leads ADI’s EHS organization in ensuring the safety and health of ADI employees; supporting commitments to sustainability, resource conservation, and mitigating climate change; and adhering to or surpassing EHS regulatory and industry standards across all our facilities. Job Description Manage the Global EHS Organization to support ADI’s vision of an exceptionally safe and healthy work environment, environmental compliance, and leadership in sustainability. Ensure a robust safety program across all ADI facilities and oversee initiatives to build a world-class safety culture. Monitor, interpret, and determine applicability of federal, state, and local regulations that pertain to personnel safety, hazardous waste management, wastewater, storm water, hazardous materials transportation, air quality, etc. Promote and adhere to ADI’s ESG commitments, including net zero emissions, 100% renewable energy, water reduction, and zero waste to landfill, and engage with customers in support of their sustainability ambitions. Champion the collection and reporting of key H&S and sustainability metrics and content development for the annual ESG report. Support ADI’s roadmap towards carbon neutrality by 2030 and net zero by 2050 or earlier. Translate EHS requirements into business risk mitigation plans, activities, and financial impacts. Establish programs and systems to measure, monitor, manage and minimize the organization's environmental impact, contributing to more sustainable operations. Drive the successful implementation and management of globally harmonized EHS policies and standards across all ADI facilities. Develop and sustain programs to promote integration of EHS practices, EHS training, effective incident investigations, injury & illness tracking, robust audits and inspections, and engagement with external agencies and stakeholders. Ensure that potential hazards, near misses, accidents, injuries, and illnesses are investigated in a timely manner and corrective actions are implemented. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in EHS programs, identify gaps and opportunities, develop short- and long-term goals and objectives, and maintain conformance to ISO 14001 and 45001. Communicate EHS performance to ADI senior leadership and throughout the EHS organization. Perform due diligence work for acquisitions and help to merge completed acquisitions. Represent ADI in industry consortiums as appropriate: SIA, RBA, SEMI Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in environmental or safety engineering, or related discipline. Minimum of 20 years of combined experience in environmental and safety compliance. Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing EHS professionals at offsite locations. Experience in manufacturing operations and the electronics industry. Experience with managing multiple site ISO14001 and ISO45001 programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
