Key job responsibilities Be the Leader for ASIC Global Business Operations. Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders and inventory management. • Develop a team of Business Operations Managers responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment. • Lead cross-functional Initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business. • Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements. • Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers. • Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy. • Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.
