Ideal candidates will have the following: • able to work from home with an existing home office that includes wired high speed internet • high volume customer service experience - healthcare preferred • professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills are a must. • an understanding of medical terminology and experience speaking with patients in a medical office or hospital setting is a plus but not required. • bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
