Manage full lifecycle of technology projects including schedules, risks, resources, and collaboration with teams and vendors. | Bachelor's degree and 5+ years project management experience required; PMP/CAPM and Agile/Waterfall proficiency preferred. | Overview Reporting to the Director – IT Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall scope of managing assigned technology projects or programs at Alliance Laundry Systems. This role acts as the subject matter expert in supporting project teams through successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of the project or program. Responsibilities Full cycle project management, to include: activity planning & sequencing, resource planning, developing and maintaining schedules, risk analysis and management, action item follow-up, status reporting, and issue management Assisting in the continual development of process standardization to make it easier for Alliance to compare and assess projects and establish clear performance, measurement, and monitoring The improvement of project success rates through the continual delivery of projects within cost, scope, and time constraints using the Alliance project methodology Solving project problems as they arise and work to manage risks to anticipate any potential issues before they occur Keeping the project data updated on a regular basis and reporting accurate project statuses Effectively drive projects with cross functional teams Work with key external resources, vendors, and partners to integrate their deliverables, schedule, risks, and communications within the overall project being managed Schedule and monitor work plans and provide regular and appropriately detailed program updates to all working levels including Executive Leadership Team Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field required Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), preferred 5+ years of experience in project management / leadership roles or related experience managing teams Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to successfully lead project teams and effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple levels in the organization Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong analytical skills. Lead engineering team to deliver software solutions with focus on team development, sprint execution, and engineering excellence. | 8+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years leadership, experience with edge gateway/IoT devices, strong C#/.NET skills, and AI-augmented development experience. | Overview: The Manager - Software Engineering will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions across our digital product ecosystem—including applications that integrate with and run on edge gateway devices. This role blends people management, technical leadership, and delivery ownership, with primary focus on team development, sprint execution, and engineering excellence over hands-on code contribution. Responsibilities: • complex technical challenges • Own sprint planning, delivery execution, and predictable delivery outcomes in partnership with Product and Architecture • Define and enforce engineering best practices across coding standards, documentation, scalability, performance, and maintainability • Own quality strategy across the development lifecycle—defining testing standards (unit, integration, end-to-end), coverage expectations, and CI/CD quality gates • Own delivery of applications that run on edge gateway/IoT gateway devices, interfacing with firmware over TCP sockets and local WiFi • Collaborate with product managers, architects, firmware teams, and other stakeholder groups to align on priorities and milestones • Drive modernization efforts around .NET, React.js, and legacy workloads • Promote DevSecOps concepts, CI/CD automation, and secure-by-design engineering practices • Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidate technical skills • Maintain strong communication channels across technical and non-technical teams • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field. Equivalent experience considered Experience: • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience (team lead, tech lead, or people manager) • Experience with edge gateway/IoT gateway devices, including TCP socket communication and offline-tolerant architectures • Strong background with C#/.NET Skills and Abilities Technical Proficiency • Deep understanding of modern software architecture, REST APIs, and integration patterns • Experience with device management/orchestration platforms preferred • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows AI-Augmented Development • Demonstrated prior experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, GitHub Copilot) in engineering work • Ability to coach and mentor engineers on effective AI-augmented development workflows • Competency evaluating AI-generated code quality during reviews • Experience designing team processes that incorporate AI tooling effectively Preferred Experience • Distributed systems experience • Trunk-based development as the primary branching strategy • Familiarity with DevSecOps and the DevSecOps Maturity Model • Experience with AWS IoT product suite • Experience in with Next.js and React.js Travel: • Travel is less than 10%. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for technology platforms, acting as liaison between engineering and users while maintaining documentation and improving processes. | Requires high school diploma with preference for bachelor's degree and about four years of related experience, plus strong communication and customer service skills. | Overview The Technology Support Specialist assists customers and end users during the installation and use of all of Alliance’s various technology platforms external to the laundry equipment.
