Job Description The project manager is a member of the Transformation team and will be assigned to a QWA level priority based on expertise, bandwidth and scope of project. The PM on a project is accountable to and works in conjunction with the Exec Sponsor and, where appropriate, partners with the functional leader to define scope, articulate deliverables as outlined in Consulting PM project plan. The PM is the primary owner of the project plan for all stated deliverables. The PM will identify and work closely with work stream leads to set the timeline and deliverables and cadence of touchpoints. The PM determines the tasks that must be completed in conjunction with workstream leaders, manages overall project plan execution, and is responsible through recommendation. The project manager may be required, in conjunction with other staff, to perform change management and business process discovery.
