We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM). 🔍 What we're looking for Aleph is searching for a highly motivated individual to become the trusted partner of our customers as they upgrade their FP&A infrastructure with Aleph. This unique role combines customer success responsibilities with data analytics expertise, offering an exciting opportunity to apply your financial skills in a client-facing, impact-driven environment. You will dive deep into their financial infrastructure to onboard them onto Aleph and become their main point of contact as they expand their Aleph implementation across use cases (i.e. reporting, budgeting, headcount planning). We are a small, high-impact team, so you will play an important role in scaling our customer success strategy and keep it aligned with our overall vision and goals. Also, you will collaborate with our product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap. 👷 What you’ll be doing Determine and establish effective ways to enhance our customers’ FP&A setup with Aleph Develop lasting, trust-based partnerships with our customers. Monitor key usage metrics, identify growth opportunities, and expand Aleph’s impact. We're looking for a Staff-level software engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will partner with our technical CEO, CTO, and other members of the engineering team to build critical software with an outsized impact on our users and our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in as an early member of the team and drive the development of our platform from the ground up. Specifically, this role sits on our Core Product team, which is responsible for our web app and add-ins. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development, delivery, and optimization of AI agents for financial planning and analysis. This role combines technical leadership, strategic planning, and team management to ensure the successful execution of projects, the continuous improvement of our products, and the growth and development of our engineering team. We are seeking Engineering Managers excited about being close to the code and hands-on with technical delivery.
