You will provide market, product, customer and operational intelligence and analytics to ensure the company has a deep understanding of business and customer performance trends. You will partner and consult with internal teams to understand performance drivers and develop solutions that enable teams to make informed decisions and take action. You will bridge the gap between strategy, data science and business teams to increase ARC’s ability to understand performance drivers, gather, analyze, and interpret data, create dashboards, and redesign processes with an eye towards automation. You will collaborate with teams to understand their business objectives, identify new or enhanced ways to leverage data as a strategic asset to solve business problems and create value for the business. You will create and develop tools and applications that turn our various and diverse sets of data into actionable, interactive, and reliable analysis and insight. You will solve ambiguous business problems through exploratory analysis. Partner and consult with leaders across the company to drive business impact. You will create actionable insights from data and distribute the data in a digestible, information-rich way. You will use AI tools to enhance analytical efficiency, uncover trends, and support strategic business decisions. What You'll Get to Do:: • Work hands-on in the data, using SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and other tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data and create insights. • Build and implement reporting tools and ad hoc analysis to pull out relevant data, provide trending reporting, and evaluate metrics to help the teams drive their business • Provide insight into sales performance and sales effectiveness through metric creation, reporting and analysis via tools such as Salesforce, Tableau and Excel. • Act as a key partner and collaborate closely with marketing, finance, product, operations, Commercial Excellence, and other business teams to provide the data and deep insights they need to make critical decisions. • Analyze data, report on key operational / effectiveness metrics & provide recommendations to enhance financial and operational performance of the business • Synthesize and package complex analyses, making them understandable across technical and non-technical audiences • Complete market research, gather competitive intelligence and support strategic initiatives. You'll Bring These Qualifications:: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered • 4-7 years’ experience in similar role • Knowledge of SQL, proficiency with Excel and BI tools • Experience with Tableau preferred • Knowledge in Salesforce preferred • Highly analytical mindset with ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems using data • Experience using AI tools to support data analysis and insight generation is preferred. • Experience applying AI and machine-learning–enabled tools to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights is preferred. In this role, you will support (including Tier 1 support), monitor, and administer ARC’s resources & applications. You will ensure monitoring is appropriately configured and functioning for all ARC systems and applications. Additionally, you will review resource data and works with Operations Engineer II and Data Engineers to identify proper incident response and escalation. This role will provide assistance and guidance in setting up and using enterprise tools, e.g. Datadog, Jira and ServiceNow. What You'll Get To Do • Provide 1st tier support for ARC’s 24x7 systems and applications monitoring. Triage and escalating incidents discovered through automated tools or reported by customers. • Work as incident scribe during Sev1/Sev2 incidents to ensure all essential artifacts are collected and reported to enable retrospective reviews to promote continuous improvement. • Applies experience and skills to complete various work orders assigned to group with minimal supervision. • Primary contact for datacenter facilities. Includes performing/scheduling weekly, monthly, and annual PM and DR tests. • Execution of SOP’s defined by POD, Enterprise, or Operations Engineering team and aid in maintaining documentation for operational readiness. • Leverage analytical and technical skills to provide event correlation using real-time monitoring data to ensure cohesive support between cross-functional teams. You'll Bring These Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred; equivalent work experience considered • Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to mainframe environments and system job scheduling/monitoring tools (e.g., CA-7, Control-M, or equivalent) • 2 years of systems administration knowledge (Linux / Windows) is a plus • Basic understanding of job logs, batch processing, and willingness to learn incident response processes in enterprise environments is desirable • Functional knowledge of AWS • Functional knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudHealth, Wug, and the Atlassian Suite • General knowledge of networking concepts, virtualization concepts, operating system internals, configuration management and system management • Ability to discover and define non-functional requirements and to transform them into technical requirements and solution definition • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences • A strong intellectual curiosity to continually challenge what exists and explore what should be changed to best meet evolving business and market • A passion for continual improvement and a willingness to work with others to improve • 24/7/365 Data Center, with shift work.
