This person ensures CRM accuracy, coordinates all initiatives, enforces process discipline, and shields the CEO from unnecessary direct involvement in day-to-day brand operations. Trial Period: • Length: 2 months (evaluation period) • Goal: Prove ability to manage complexity, integrate with brand leaders, and uphold operational excellence. • Conversion: Move to full-time paid role with expanded authority. Objective: Run the operational layer of Ai2Market.com so the CEO stays focused on vision and high-value relationships. Be the single point of contact between CEO and brand teams, ensuring CRM data integrity, inter-departmental coordination, and on-time delivery of initiatives. Core Responsibilities: • Full GoHighLevel (GHL) administration for Ai2Market account • Interface with AI developers, marketing, and sales teams • Maintain cross-brand dashboards for AI agent performance and campaign ROI • Conduct weekly syncs with Lorena (Ops), Linda (Admin), and project leads to pre-solve issues • Manage shared SOPs, project trackers, and Notion documentation
