As a Bilingual High-Volume Recruiting Specialist, you will be the engine that powers our clients' growth across Canada. This role is for a recruiter who can move fast, speak fluently with candidates in both official languages, and manage large-scale hiring projects without losing the "human touch." What You’ll Do / Vos responsibilities • Drive High-Volume Hiring: Manage the full recruiting cycle for large groups of candidates simultaneously. • Bilingual Engagement: Conduct interviews and create high-quality candidate experiences in both English and French. • Partner with Leaders: Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and urgent talent needs. • Source at Scale: Use ATS tools, social media, and networking to find large pools of talent quickly. • Delegate for Efficiency: Partner with internal admin teams to delegate tasks like background checks and scheduling so you can focus on candidate relationships. • Track Your Success: Use Excel to report on hiring metrics and ensure we are meeting high-volume goals. • Compliance & Communication: Ensure all candidates are updated regularly, meeting Ontario's 45-day post-interview notification requirements. • On-Site Presence: Travel occasionally to client sites or team events within Ontario. What You’ll Bring / Votre profil • 2+ years of recruiting experience: Ideally in an RPO, agency, or corporate high-volume setting. • Bilingualism: Fluency in written and spoken English and French Canadian is essential. • Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to find talent quickly using modern recruitment tools. • Team Collaboration: Comfort delegating administrative tasks to internal partners to keep the process moving. • Tech Savvy: Strong Excel skills and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR (or a CHRP designation) is a plus.
