Work with county teams in a variety of tasks in project management, system architecture; application technical release and customization; identifies and manages changes; collaborates with development teams and architects to design technical solutions and produce design/functional specifications. Applies subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternative.
