Lead onboarding process redesign and implementation, perform business analysis and QA testing across global time zones, and manage testing planning and execution. | 10 years of HR onboarding experience with BA/QA skills, ability to work hybrid in Chicago, and strong communication and planning skills. | Job Description: Job Title: Sr Business Analyst/QA Duration: 4 months 13 days Work Location: Westchester, IL, 60154 (Hybrid) Hours/Week: 40 Hours Description: Sr. BA / QA – 60/90 days to start with possible extension for entire Release 2 (~ Feb 2026) • Must have solid Onboarding Process and Experience Design knowledge. Must be able to step into project quickly with short ramp up time • Global Onboarding experience a big plus • Experience with SNOW Onboarding a big plus. If not, must have onboarding experience with at least one major HRMS – Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors • Must be willing to work different time zones virtually (Release 2 is global – South America, APAC and EMEA) • Chicago location ideal • Must be willing to flex between BA role (during requirements and workshops) and QA Lead role. • Strong communications skills with ability to lead group discussions • Strong planning ability to plan/execute Testing – Function, E2E and UAT Testing ~ at least 1-2 full cycle Onboarding process re/design and implementation experience~ 10 yrs experience in HR with a combination of BA/QA - Process / Systems / QA experience~ If Chicago-based (strongly preferred) – hybrid Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: • Human resources/ Onboarding: 10 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Westchester, IL 60154 (Required) Work Location: In person
