Manage and nurture relationships with US partners, lead strategic account planning, and collaborate internally for campaign execution. | 3-6 years media/adtech experience, bachelor's degree, strong communication, and proficiency with ad-serving platforms and verification partners. | Position overview This position reports to Senior Director of Customer Success; it will focus on retaining and growing revenue from Adelaide’s adtech partners. We’re seeking a candidate with at least 3 years in media or adtech, who has a track record of growing account revenue and stakeholder interaction. In this role, you will be joining a team of Customer Success Managers focused on the US market, and will work closely with the Client Partner and Sales leaders in our Partnerships org, managing relationships with major DSPs and ad networks.. You’ll be responsible for strengthening and nurturing relationships with key partners, ensuring support before, during, and after campaigns, and driving the adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across our partners organization in decisioning, inventory curation,and client services. Day-to-day activities range from collaborating with Sales and TAM and Analytics teams to delivering impactful reports and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This is a fully remote position available to candidates located between the East Coast or Midwest regions, with opportunities to connect with colleagues at our New York office. This role includes a competitive compensation package with a base salary and performance-based variable incentives that make up approximately 20% of total On-Target Earnings (OTE). Base Range: $85,000-$95,000 OTE Range: $106,250–$118,750 Performance-based incentives have the potential to exceed the stated OTE. Act as a product expert, articulate Adelaide’s value proposition and share recommendations based on data-driven insights. Contribute to the development of best practices for strategic account management, including playbooks, case studies and mentorship. Lead strategic account planning, identifying growth opportunities and aligning Adelaide’s solutions to meet client business goals. Own client health metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing retention strategies. Provide ongoing support, responding with clockspeed, sharing guidance and managing timely problem resolution. Stay current on industry trends and share proactive insights with clients to position Adelaide as a thought leader in media quality and attention measurement. Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to strengthen client relationships and expand Adelaide’s portfolio.
