The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyse customer needs, and a proactive approach to upselling our products and services. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner • Provide accurate information regarding products and services • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Skills • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions • Ability to engage in upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
