ADB is seeking a Project Manager to execute end-to-end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Supervisors and Construction Managers and effectively manage projects to satisfy customer expectations. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and process a strong work with and an ALL IN mindset to drive results ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies * Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination * Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle * Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables * Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders * Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow * Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls * Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams * Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc. * Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success * Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization * Perform additional responsibilities as needed SUCCESS FACTORS: * Ability to travel nationwide * A strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectation * Alignment with company mission, vision, and values * A high level of customer centricity * Strong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitude * Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members * Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills * Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented * Process improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environment * Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals * Leadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goals * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) WORK ENVIRONMENT: * This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones * This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment * When on project sites, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: * 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required * 2-3+ years of leadership experience required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required * Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required This position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
