The ideal candidate will have strong Agile and Scrum expertise, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to coach cross-functional teams toward delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple Agile teams through end-to-end planning and execution of projects. Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices. Facilitate key ceremonies sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming. Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs. Identify and remove impediments, track team progress, and manage risks. Develop and maintain Agile metrics (e.g., burndown/burnup charts) using Jira. Foster collaboration, transparency, and communication across onshore and offshore teams. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in an enterprise environment). 5+ years of experience in Agile software delivery as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Developer. Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile or Program Increment (PI) Planning. Proficiency with Jira and Agile reporting tools. Strong knowledge of Agile techniques (User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Automated Testing). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or ICAgile are highly preferred.

Lead enterprise architecture initiatives for large-scale organizations focusing on Azure cloud services, DevOps pipelines, and strategic IT alignment. | 12+ years IT experience with 10+ years in architecture roles, expertise in Azure services and enterprise architecture frameworks, leadership skills, and relevant certifications. | Azure Enterprise Architect Remote role (PST Time Zone) Experience And Skills Experience: Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in IT architecture roles and at least 5 years in enterprise architecture leadership for large-scale organizations Technical Expertise Advanced knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Monitor), with familiarity in other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud). Expertise in enterprise integration technologies (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Apache Kafka) and API management platforms, with a focus on Azure API Management. Proven experience designing DevOps pipelines, IaC (Azure Bicep, Terraform), and observability tools. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate), with experience applying Azure Architecture Center principles. Preferred Skills Deep experience with Azure multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and Azure s zero-trust models (e.g., Azure Active Directory). Familiarity with agile and SAFe methodologies for enterprise delivery.
