We manufacture brick and distribute our own brick as well as brick and associated products manufactured by others. Summary We are currently seeking a "best in class" Forklift Operator to load and unload products to/from delivery. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication and customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position· Operate forklift to move material and product while following all company Safety & Security policies and procedures. • Perform cycle counts • Provide customer assistance • Maintain the brick yard and warehouse • Perform minor maintenance and repairs Skills And Experience Required For Success • 3+ months of related experience • Certification in forklift operation • Must be able to quickly identify materials • Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly • Must be able to pass Hazmat exam Competencies Required for Success • Integrity • Self-Motivated • Teamwork • Demonstrated prioritization / time management skills Education • High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
