Manage and optimize ecommerce sales channels and marketplace listings to drive revenue growth and maintain customer satisfaction. | Requires 4 years B2B ecommerce experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for furniture or interior design knowledge. | E-commerce Account Manager Manufacturer, importer, designer, and worldwide distributor of home furnishings is looking for a full-time experienced E-commerce Account Manager. The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for driving rapid revenue growth via many B2B sales channels and marketplaces, with a heavy focus on Wayfair, Amazon, Ashley, Overstock, Home Depot, Lowes, & many more. Job Responsibilities and Duties: • Improve and increase our E-commerce sales, maintain outstanding ratings and ranking on all marketplaces, and provide our best customer service. • Maintain, optimize, and improve our listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales. • Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand. • Take command of aging inventory by finding the reasons for slowing demand and passing the solution to the team for corrections. • Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet customer needs and expectations. • Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position. • Identify new digital trends and applications that can increase brand awareness and sales. • Build, maintain, and evolve strong relationships with our marketplace partners and service providers. • Grow existing and new partner channels through continuous analysis of account performance and health and identify areas to maximize opportunities for revenue growth. • Order entry and ensuring order fulfillment promptly. • Upload inventory and pre-sell incoming out-of-stock items. Requirements: • College Degree in a related field is preferred • 4 years experience in B2B E-commerce • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are a must when dealing with internal team members as well as customers and clients • Expert skills in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Interest and knowledge in furniture or interior design is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Irvine, CA 92618 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Irvine, CA 92618: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person

Working closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and vendor partners, this role ensures products launch on time, meet quality standards, achieve sales goals, and deliver target margins. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with a focus on product performance and business results. Key Responsibilities Product Launch & Commercialization · Lead new product launches from development through commercialization. · Coordinate launch activities across Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Creative. · Ensure launches stay on schedule and align with company goals. · Maintain product specifications, master files, and supporting documentation. · Track launch readiness and provide regular updates to management. · Support go-to-market execution across all sales channels. Product Performance Analysis · Monitor sales performance, margins, returns, and customer feedback. · Analyze category results and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability. · Recommend actions based on market trends, quality metrics, customer reviews, and competitive analysis. · Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve product performance and category growth. · Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations to management. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree. · 3–7 years of experience in product management, merchandising, operations, project management, or supply chain. · Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. · Experience managing multiple projects and working with overseas vendors and factories. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems. · Experience in furniture, home furnishings, or consumer products is strongly preferred. Preferred Experience · Experience with e-commerce major retail channels. · Knowledge of upholstery, fabrics, materials, and manufacturing processes. · Familiarity with quality control, sourcing, and vendor performance management. · Experience analyzing sales performance, margins, returns, and customer reviews.
