Position Description We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Technical Program Manager to support the successful delivery of our nationwide utility programs. You’ll play a key role in client onboarding, day-to-day operations, and program performance tracking — ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value to our utility partners and their customers. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Consumer Marketing to execute and continuously improve programs. You’ll also support contracting and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment between internal teams and clients during program setup. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll translate client needs and program insights into data-driven improvements and actionable feedback. Job Responsibilities Program Delivery & Operations Lead end-to-end execution of assigned utility programs, from client onboarding to ongoing operations and optimization. Manage program timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client-ready reports. Anticipate risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep programs on track. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as a day-to-day contact for utility clients, fostering strong, transparent relationships. Understand client goals and performance metrics, ensuring program activities align with desired outcomes. Deliver updates, dashboards, and insights to utility partners, highlighting results and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product and Engineering to provide structured client feedback, feature requests, and user insights — acting as the voice of the customer. Work closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager to develop and refine customer recruitment and engagement strategies. As part of Operations, align resource planning, field execution, and support workflows. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Track and analyze key performance metrics such as enrollment, participation, satisfaction, and load impact. Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend design or operational adjustments to help utilities achieve their goals. Contribute to internal performance dashboards and share insights that inform company strategy. Continuously refine processes to improve scalability, consistency, and client satisfaction.
