Coordinate and manage onboarding and talent acquisition processes while supporting hiring managers and candidates. | Requires at least 1 year of talent acquisition or HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a hybrid environment. | Job description: Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist, JOB DUTIES: • Partner with Talent Acquisition partners, hiring managers and Human Resources to coordinate and own the onboarding of new hire experience • Effectively communicate with applicants throughout the new hire process as well as keeping the TA partners and hiring managers updated • Coordinate background, and drug-checking processes • Assist candidates with necessary and sensitive documentation throughout the onboarding process • Provide administrative support by managing and analyzing data • Improve and standardize process to deliver solutions YOU MUST HAVE: • Ability to respond appropriately to candidates' needs and provide guidance • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle sensitive matters • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment • Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution • Data Entry and Customer Service experience WE VALUE: • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (Oracle preferred) • Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution • Interest to possibly grow into a Talent Acquisition Partner • Previous exposure to a recruiting function Talent Acquisition Specialist JOB DUTIES: • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate candidate interviews • Source active and passive candidates using traditional and non-traditional resources • Identify and attract quality candidates, through social media and networking • Build continuous talent pipelines for high volume requisitions, and develop relationships with candidates to fill current and future open requisitions • Effectively communicate with applicants throughout the interview process • Screen resumes, interview/qualify candidates, and match candidates with internal openings • Update applicant tracking system with candidate progress as needed • Assist candidates with necessary documentation throughout interview process • Communicate with, and support, business stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE: • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or administration • The ability to work in a hybrid work environment (three days in office | two days remote) WE VALUE: • Prior experience in the recruiting field • Excellent computer literacy skills with a focus on Microsoft Office • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task while delivering positive results • Knowledge of professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn and candidate resume databases • Experience with project coordination • High Volume Recruiting exposure Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance We are committed to delivering exceptional services and professionals with proven work ethics and processes.
