Assist in inventory management, order picking, packing, and supporting logistics in a warehouse environment. | High school diploma, ability to lift 50 pounds, reliable, team player, positive attitude, no specific warehouse experience required. | Role overview Work as a full-time warehouse associate for a growing distribution operation in Dallas. This is a hands-on role where you help keep inventory organized, prepare shipments, and support daily logistics so orders move out accurately and on time. Key responsibilities • Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory and materials in the proper locations. • Pick, prepare, and package customer orders for shipment. • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies on every shift. Skills and qualities • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team. • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks. • Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required.
