The Certified Medical Assistant will assist Medicare patients in managing their health goals under physician guidance. Responsibilities include conducting health risk assessments and providing chronic care management services. | Candidates must have an active certification from an accredited program and excellent customer service and phone skills. Experience and bilingual abilities are preferred, and candidates must pass a background check. | 24 Our Care is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who is passionate about helping Medicare patients reach their health goals. Together, with the guidance of their physician, we help our patients learn how to take control of their health. We are a Chronic Care Management company who provides non-face-to-face Care Management Services which may include but not limited to Health Risk Assessment, Chronic Care Management, and Behavioral Health Integration all within Medicare compliance. Must have an active certification obtained through an accredited program. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent phone skills. Must be a Team player. Experience and bilingual are a plus. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to commute to Tulsa, OK or Columbus, OH for training.
