As a Produce Department Supervisor, you’ll lead from the floor, coach future leaders, and drive sales while keeping the department fresh, full, and friendly. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): High school diploma or its equivalent required. 2-3 years of related retail experience. One year of management experience. Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; also customer service and product flow experience is helpful. Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members in the organization in a way that provides clear and precise direction. Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and by addressing root cause issues. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks. The Area Leader is responsible for overall team member engagement for those in span of care. The Product Owner is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for overall technology advancements, store processes and overall development efforts for the Store Support Organization. This Product Owner will work very close with cross functional teams to define, develop, and launch transformative technology features/capabilities as well as in-store solutions. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience. Demonstrated ability to deliver simple customer experience solutions. Strong written, editing, proofreading and oral communication skills. The pay range for this position is listed below. $72,500.00 - $114,500.00 This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
