Description: • Play an integral role in Asurion’s implementation of a consumer-focused strategy • Provide data-driven insights to enable consumer understanding • Assist in management of internal and external partners to execute research • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth, Operations, CX) • Mine data for insights and trends • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations • Manage key aspects of research projects Requirements: • B.S. in marketing, business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a related discipline • 5+ years of professional experience in consumer insights / marketing research roles leveraging innovative quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to inform product marketing • Advanced Excel skills required • PowerPoint proficiency • Experience using cross-tab software • Experience with survey platforms, AI agents, knowledge management platforms, consumer survey databases, and data visualization tools Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
