This is a hybrid position and can be based near either of our hub offices in Rochester, NY or Cherry Hill, NJ. How you will contribute This is a detail-oriented and execution-driven role focused on overseeing the delivery and ongoing management of our AsurePay Card Program. This role will ensure successful client implementations, operational excellence, and compliance across all aspects of the program. The Program Manager will work closely with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that the program scales rapidly, runs smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and service quality is consistently high. Program Execution & Delivery • Manage the end-to-end execution of the pay card program, from client onboarding to steady-state operations. • Coordinate with internal teams (implementation, operations, compliance, IT) and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery. • Serve as the operational point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving escalations. Implementation & Support • Lead the partner, employer and employee activation process, including timelines, deliverables, training, and documentation. • Ensure program features are set up accurately and integrated with client systems as required. • Provide ongoing operational support, ensuring client needs are met and service levels are achieved. • Vendor & Partner Coordination • Work with issuing banks, processors, and technology partners to manage day-to-day program execution. • Track vendor performance against SLAs, escalating issues and driving resolution when needed. • Maintain clear communication with partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure the pay card program meets all applicable wage payment laws, banking regulations, and data privacy/security standards. • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to update processes as regulations evolve. • Monitor for risks and implement corrective actions when needed. Operational Monitoring & Reporting • Track and report on key program metrics such as adoption, issue resolution time, and client satisfaction. • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and program updates. • Identify recurring issues and work with stakeholders to implement process improvements. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 3+ years of experience in program or project execution; background in payroll, payments, or financial services preferred. B2B2C experience is also preferred. • Proven track record in managing client-facing program delivery with a focus on execution. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including fluency with GAI and AI tools to improve project tracking, management and projections. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively with both clients and vendors. • Familiarity with pay card programs, payroll processes, or financial product implementation is a strong plus. • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred but not required. Compensation The compensation range for this role is $120,000 -$140,000 base salary, depending upon level of experience.
