About the Role: Astrosystems Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract administration Oversee purchase order management and approval workflows Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and performance reviews Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain improvement Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 2–3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration CPM or CPSM certification is a plus About Us: Astrosystems Inc is a respected industry leader based in Arlington Heights, IL, known for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional quality to our customers.
