3-5 years of manufacturing production supervisory experience, knowledge of GMP, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work physically in a manufacturing environment.
The Production Supervisor will lead production line activities and personnel to ensure manufacturing goals are consistently achieved in safety, quality, and output. This role plays a key part in training, motivating, and supporting operators while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. Pay: $80-$100k, depending on experience Shift: 9:30p-6:30a Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across assigned lines or shifts. • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards in accordance with GMP and SOP requirements. • Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance and compliance goals. • Oversee equipment readiness, line setups, and changeovers to minimize downtime. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Planning) to resolve issues and optimize workflow. • Track production metrics, analyze downtime, and assist in root cause investigations. • Conduct safety and sanitation audits to maintain a compliant work environment. • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and safety. • Maintain accurate and complete production documentation and ensure effective shift handoffs. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. • 3-5 years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (cosmetics, personal care, or FDA-regulated industries preferred). • Proven ability to lead teams, enforce GMP compliance, and maintain a safe work environment. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience a plus. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. • Comfortable working around production machinery, noise, and cleaning chemicals while wearing required PPE.
