Develops and executes brand strategies aligned with global sales and marketing goals, manages resources and teams across multiple countries, and ensures operational efficiency and compliance.
Requires a master's degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in brand management, and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in a global pharmaceutical environment.
Typical Accountabilities: • Establishes an overall strategy for a major brand in line with the global sales and marketing strategy • Utilises analysis of the market segment to understand key sales opportunities and areas of profitability for the brand and align sales strategy to these • Ensures the appropriate levels of sales support are available and manages resource allocation effectively • Ensures that tactical leadership decisions are enforced in order for the business to achieve its objectives • Reviews the ongoing operational performance of the team, focusing on the development of efficiencies and operational improvements, such as administration efficiency, cost control, revenue management, legal compliance and human resource management • Leads, guides, evaluates and develops a team of senior managers across the brand support function to ensure that the area achieves its’ business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws • Coaches and delivers effect performance to direct and indirect reports creating a supportive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential Typical People Management Responsibility (direct / indirect reports): • Approximate number of people managed in total (all levels) - What is the global remit? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
