Position Overview Astra Health West is seeking a motivated Remote Patient Technology Support Specialist to assist patients and healthcare staff with accessing, troubleshooting, and navigating digital health tools. You will play a crucial role in improving patient experience and keeping our clinical operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy tech support, problem-solving, and helping people, with or without prior healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities • Provide remote support to patients using telehealth portals, patient apps, and electronic forms. • Troubleshoot login issues, device compatibility, and user account errors. • Assist clinic staff in resolving technical workflow challenges. • Document cases in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues when necessary. • Deliver outstanding customer care in every interaction. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
