Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, ETF Sales to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and distributing our Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Broker/Dealer platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to execute strategic sales plans to drive meaningful asset growth. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with RIAs, Broker/Dealers, family offices, and institutional investors. • Execute a territory coverage plan and sales strategy to increase ETF adoption and gather assets under management (AUM). • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos with prospective clients. • Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and webinars. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to optimize sales effectiveness and client engagement. • Track pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular reporting on sales activity and progress toward goals. • Provide market feedback to product and investment teams to support product positioning and development. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in ETF or asset management sales, with a strong network of RIA and/or Broker/Dealer relationships. • Deep understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and financial advisor workflows. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive, metrics-driven environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly. • FINRA Series 65 license required. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with limited layers and bureaucracy. Preferred Characteristics: • Experience at a high-growth ETF issuer • Familiarity with quantitative, actively managed ETFs, model portfolios, or outcome-oriented strategies. • Comfort with CRM systems, Salesforce, Portfolio Construction Tools, and other virtual selling tools. • Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset. • Based in the North East Region.
