Job Description We offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter position. This role begins as a 3-month contract with the possibility of quarterly extensions up to 18 months. As a Recruiter, you will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity, understanding the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization. Your focus will be on executing swiftly while maintaining quality and experience to meet business hiring objectives. Compensation will vary depending on market location. Responsibilities Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for all full-time roles across various lines of business, including Azure data, security, MAI, commercial/Sales, and Marketing. Source, screen, interview, extend offers or reject candidates, and onboard new hires. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay updated on current and future hiring and business needs. Engage candidates by informing them of employment possibilities and keeping them prepared for upcoming roles. Required Skills 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience in recruiting specifically in Azure data, security, MAI, commercial/Sales, and Marketing Understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with the ability to develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines. Ability to handle high volume or manage a full requisition load consistently. Must have previously worked for this tech client who specializes in software, services, hardware, and cloud computing. Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices. Expertise in Boolean Search String and conducting x-ray Boolean search across multiple platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Adaptability to process changes. LinkedIn Certification is preferred. Experience in talent acquisition for a large technology company is advantageous. Work Environment This is a virtual position, offering flexibility in working from your preferred location. The position requires proficiency in using various computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
