In this role, you will be responsible for communicating and supporting investigative sites, including managing telephone contacts and resolving accession holds. You will also provide results to site staff by telephone or fax. Responsibilities Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor-determined flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds while informing associated personnel of any delays. Update the database with appropriate information and communicate additional testing needs. Support sites and sponsors with project-related questions via phone and email. Adhere to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) effectively and timely. Assist and support in the implementation of global processes and procedures. Track and report metrics as determined by management within agreed timelines. Document service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when necessary. Act as a liaison for both internal and external clients. Communicate investigator site needs when discussing new policies or procedures. Instill a culture where patient safety is a top priority and promptly address any issues, escalating as needed. Ensure investigator needs are considered before implementing new processes and procedures. Essential Skills Customer service skills. Self-motivation with strong verbal skills. Team player mentality with the ability to work independently. Fluency in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish. Work Environment This is a fully remote position with work hours from 10 am to 7 pm EST. A Saturday shift is required several times per year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
