Job Title: Payroll Systems Analyst Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Systems Analyst with a strong focus on payroll adjustments. The role involves addressing payroll errors, conducting detailed research, balancing wage and tax adjustments, managing quick pays, conducting full payroll runs, and testing system enhancements post-migration. Responsibilities • Address payroll errors and conduct detailed investigations. • Balance wage and tax adjustments effectively. • Manage quick pays and execute full payroll runs. • Test system enhancements following migrations. • Serve as the point of contact for implementors. Essential Skills • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and analysis. • Payroll tax experience • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud. • Ability to perform reconciliation and customer service tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for research purposes. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial but not required. • ADP experience is nice to have. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
