Job Title: Front Desk Administrative Assistant Job Description Join our team as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting regional activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your tasks will include planning and logistical support for seminars, trade shows, and user group meetings, as well as managing marketing literature and office supplies. Responsibilities • Provide planning, logistical, and follow-up support for regional activities including seminars, trade shows, user group meetings, and conferences. • Stock and maintain the marketing literature library, order marketing material for in-house use, and fulfill literature requests. • Update office reference lists and monitor general and specialty office supplies. • Maintain neat and orderly supply areas and storage rooms. • Execute various document processing tasks. • Provide auxiliary office reception services. • Assist with the overall day-to-day functions of the department. Job Requirements • 3+ years of receptionist experience with the ability to answer a high volume of calls with a friendly personality. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel (testing required). • Ability to multi-task between duties. • Typing speed of 45 words per minute. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vienna, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
