Now Hiring: Director of Talent Acquisition 📍 Location: Bronx, NY (On-site) 🕒 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can align hiring practices with our company’s mission, values, and culture, while driving innovation and excellence across all aspects of talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals and values. • Advise hiring managers on recruitment standards and best practices to ensure a top-tier candidate experience. • Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce costs. • Build and maintain a strong network for sourcing top talent. • Promote open roles and employer brand through various recruiting channels. • Foster relationships with internal leaders, vendors, and community organizations. • Oversee recruitment communications and manage candidate engagement. • Administer recruitment budgets and ensure accurate documentation for audits. • Report monthly performance metrics (e.g., hires, cost per hire, time to fill). • Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives. • Lead Internship and Early Career Strategy development. • Supervise and coach the Recruitment Team, driving performance and innovation. Required Qualifications • Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. • Strong understanding of recruitment data, metrics, and decision-making tools. • Proven leadership and communication skills. • Proficiency in ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques. • Ability to engage effectively with executives and employees at all levels. • Working knowledge of employment law and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt roles. • Background in fast-paced HR environments. • Demonstrated ability to embody and promote company values and culture.
