Director of Talent Acquisition Location: Bronx, NY Placement Type: Permanent Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 About the Role We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function and drive hiring excellence across the organization. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with 5–7+ years at the Director level, proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams, and a passion for aligning talent strategies with company culture and business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and evolve the company-wide talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent aligned with our mission, vision, and values. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners. Champion a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent, timely, and engaging recruitment processes. Oversee recruitment operations including budgeting, metrics reporting, and compliance. Collaborate with Marketing to execute employer branding initiatives. Develop and implement internship and early career programs. Supervise and coach the Recruitment Team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years managing direct reports. Proven leadership at the Director level, with a track record of team development and strategic impact. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Strong command of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Preferred Experience Recruitment of both exempt and non-exempt roles. Fast-paced HR environments. Technical recruiting and onboarding program development. Why Join Us?
