Data Validation Specialist Job Description As a Data Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate entry and validation of customer and account data for both new and existing accounts. You will ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies, errors, duplicates, and missing information, and updating records according to established procedures. Your role will involve auditing data setups and collaborating with internal teams while primarily working within databases and spreadsheets. Experience with data entry, validation, auditing, or quality control. Proficiency in Excel and Google applications. Comfortable working with large amounts of data. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Very detail oriented. Ability to work 100% on a computer without phone calls or extensive email exchanges. Comfortable with deadlines and fast-paced environments. Work Environment The position is fully in-office from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with appropriate lunch and break times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
