Full Description

Customer Service Representative Job Description The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding administrative support and customer service. You will manage payments and invoicing, handle communication with the lab, answer phones and emails, and facilitate ordering supplies. Responsibilities Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years of customer service related experience required. 1+ year of experience in customer service with active interactions/communications with customers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Word. Work Environment The position requires working onsite in Tucker for 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucker, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
