Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM HYBRID- 3 days work from home - 2 days onsite in Gainesville, VA Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and execute customer vehicle relocation orders with accuracy and efficiency • Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely • Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement • Communicate clearly and promptly with staff and independent contractors via email, phone, and CRM • Maintain accurate records in CRM, including timely updates and document uploads • Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations What We’re Looking For • Strong customer service skills and a proactive communication style • Confidence in decision-making and ownership of responsibilities • Effective time management and multitasking abilities • Comfort with CRM systems and advanced computer skills • High school diploma required; inventory experience is a plus • Minimum typing speed of 37 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
