Job Title: Corporate Recruiter in the Bronx, NY Job Description The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services, delivering high-quality professional candidates while guiding hiring managers through the selection process. Responsibilities • Manage the recruitment process for corporate positions including IT, Plant and Transportation Operations, Merchandising, and others. • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and appropriate screening questions for each position. • Maintain and track analytics, communicating results in weekly and monthly reports to the management team. • Communicate regularly with managers and employees to establish a consistent candidate tracking process. • Prescreen candidates by reviewing resumes and credentials to ensure skills, experience, and knowledge align with position requirements. • Post job openings through various channels, including newspapers, professional organizations, and online platforms. • Leverage online recruiting resources and internal ATS to identify and recruit top candidates. • Provide candidates with complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and position. • Conduct detailed reference checks and analyze results with hiring managers. • Extend job offers and negotiate salaries with potential new hires under the direction of hiring managers and the Human Resources Director. • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative tasks. • Respond promptly to day-to-day recruitment occurrences. Essential Skills • 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience. • Proven success in recruiting across corporate functions, including Technology, Marketing, and Data Analytics. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach. • Experience managing a high-volume workload of 15-20 requisitions simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields, or equivalent experience. • Experience recruiting exempt level positions and sourcing candidates across various departments. • Experience in a fast-paced Human Resources environment preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Leadership skills and willingness to take initiative. • Strong interviewing and active listening skills. • Knowledge of recruiting avenues for both active and passive candidates. • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. • Familiarity with employment laws and benefits/compensation structures. Work Environment The position is based in an office setting, requiring 100% onsite attendance from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bronx, New York. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
