Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying daily cash receipts, performing reconciliations, investigating payments, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities Apply daily cash receipts via ACH, wire, check, or credit card to customer accounts in the ERP system. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of customer accounts and bank statements. Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments. Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Collections teams to ensure accurate customer balances. Monitor and maintain the unapplied cash report, ensuring timely resolution. Essential Skills Proficiency in accounts receivable processes and cash application. Strong reconciliation skills. Experience with invoicing and financial reporting. Familiarity with aging reports and accounts payable. Experience with Inmar software. Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. Work Environment You will join a team of 4 AR professionals, covering for 2 team members who are on leave. The work environment is collaborative and focused on maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency. Job Type & Location This is a fully remote contract position starting October 6 though end of 2025.
