Full Description

Title: Staff/Principal Architect(Only w2) Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid work) JD: What You’ll Do Foundational Architecture (40%) – Own platform architecture end-to-end, including tech stack selection, multi-tenant design, auth systems, data architecture, and service topology. AI/LLM Architecture (20%) – Lead the intelligence layer: LangGraph agent system, LLM integration strategy, and contextual intelligence design. Hands-On Development (25%) – Contribute high-impact code, drive engineering excellence, and accelerate execution velocity. Production Readiness (15%) – Ensure infrastructure, security, reliability, and DevOps readiness for a 3–6 month launch timeline. What We’re Looking For: • 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in architect roles • Proven success in architecting and launching greenfield multi-tenant SaaS platforms • Product development experience with aggressive timelines • Expertise across frontend, backend, data, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) • Strong experience with EKS/ECS, PostgreSQL, enterprise auth, and high-performance systems • AI/LLM architecture experience: LangGraph/LangChain, agent-based systems, OpenAI/Anthropic integrations • Strong technical leadership and communication skills Nice-to-Haves Financial services experience, startup/rapid growth background, security/compliance expertise, and cost optimization skills.
