Master's degree in behavioral health, relevant licensure, minimum 2 years experience, DSM knowledge, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices. • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. • Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients in acute distress. • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Ensuring documentation is timely. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients. • Provide support and resources for additional community services as appropriate and necessary. • Stay informed about developments in the field of behavioral health to ensure the application of evidence-based practices. • Work with client's from intake to discharge • Maintain a reasonable caseload. Skills • Proficient in medical records management. • Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices. • Experience working in the field of mental health. Preferably partial-care/ psychiatric day treatment. • Crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Knowledge of various psychotherapy techniques tailored to diverse populations. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective workplace and client interaction. • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and the companies mission.
