We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst who thrives on connecting the dots between customers, data, and decisions. You will… 🌉 Be the bridge between customers, Product, Sales, and Client Engagement, translating business needs into clear, actionable data insights. 📋 Own requirements gathering, reporting alignment, and information flow across teams to ensure analytics directly support strategic goals. 🔍 Surface patterns and gaps in customer data (“They stopped doing this over here, what changed?”) and drive investigations to resolution. 🎯 Serve as the customer facing voice of Product Analytics, joining key client or partner calls and turning feedback into measurable requirements. 📊 Partner with analysts to deliver dashboards, reports, and metrics that answer priority business questions. 🧭 Lead self initiated research on customer behavior, trends, pilots, and POCs to inform product and business strategy. 💡 Support customer facing data initiatives (e.g., engagement portals, report delivery) and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences. 🤝 Collaborate seamlessly within the Product Analytics team to ensure consistent, high quality outputs.
