As the Campus Recruiting Manager, you will lead our strategic efforts to attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent from universities and colleges. This role is key to developing the program and executing the strategy to sustain a robust early talent pipeline that aligns with our long-term workforce planning and diversity objectives. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with academic institutions, student organizations, and internal business leaders to ensure the successful delivery of our campus recruiting strategy. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with business goals and talent needs across the organization. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with target universities, colleges, and relevant student groups. • Plan and manage on-campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events. • Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners and hiring managers to forecast early-career hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. • Design and implement scalable and inclusive early-career recruitment programs, including internships, co-ops, and graduate rotational programs. • Collaborate closely with the Inclusion and Training teams during both the design and ongoing evolution of the program to ensure strong alignment with external partnerships and to drive continuous improvement. • Serve as the primary brand ambassador for the company at campus-related events, ensuring a strong employer presence and consistent messaging. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes. • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and innovations in campus recruitment. What are the requirements needed for this position? • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or early talent acquisition, preferably within a large or global organization. • Has designed and successfully launched a comprehensive campus recruitment program, overseeing its development from initial concept through full implementation and measurable success. • Proven experience building strong partnerships with educational institutions and managing high-impact campus programs. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent and fostering diversity and inclusion. • Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons. #LI-Remote
