Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions, oversee project timelines, and ensure system quality.
Experience with Guidewire insurance software, project management skills, ability to customize and configure Guidewire modules, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions. • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and integration of Guidewire Claims Center. • Manage the customization and configuration of Guidewire Policy Center & Produce Engage to meet business requirements. • Work closely with business users, claims adjusters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure the quality and performance of the Guidewire Claims Center through rigorous testing and validation processes. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire Policy Center/Producer Engage issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
