POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Sales. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's revenue growth, leading the direct sales team, and spearheading the successful introduction of our groundbreaking new products to the market. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Leadership and Strategy: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. · Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. · Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy, including introducing new products to the market. Team Management: · Lead and manage sales and marketing team. · Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching. · Foster collaboration and effective communication within the sales and marketing team and cross-functional teams. Scaling Channel Sales: · Utilize experience to scale the channel sales department for significant growth. · Identify and establish new channel partnerships to expand market reach and revenue streams. · Implement effective channel sales strategies and programs to drive partner engagement and revenue generation. Performance Optimization: · Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. · Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
