Our mission is to empower and support nurses caring for women, newborns, and their families through research, education, and advocacy. Position Summary AWHONN is in the process of reimagining its digital ecosystem and is seeking a motivated individual who can jump in quickly and take ownership of this critical endeavor. The Data Operations & Reporting Manager will play a central role in supporting AWHONN’s DOMO data warehouse and reporting environment, ensuring that organizational data is accurate, connected, and actionable. This role focuses on consolidating data from multiple sources, preparing it for reporting, and ensuring stakeholders across the organization have timely access to the dashboards and insights they need to make informed decisions. Responsibilities · Manage the flow of data across platforms, including member databases, e-commerce, finance, CRM, and customer engagement systems. · Gather, organize, transform, and prepare data from diverse sources such as MS SQL, MySQL, payment gateways, payment processors, JSON, and other structured or unstructured formats. · Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through established governance and validation practices. · Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for staff and leadership. · Translate business questions into clear reporting solutions and provide actionable insights. · Support system integrations and troubleshoot data synchronization issues. · Enable reporting and insights related to CRM systems and the sales pipeline, ensuring that membership growth, retention, and revenue goals are data-informed. · Leverage middleware and automation tools to streamline data flow between platforms, reduce manual effort, and support integrations that keep systems aligned and up to date. · Continuously improve processes for importing, exporting, and transforming data. · Collaborate with leadership, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data resources meet organizational needs. · Maintain security, compliance, and appropriate access levels for all reporting resources. · Document data flows, reporting logic, and procedures to support operational continuity. Data Warehouse Management · Oversee and maintain the DOMO data warehouse environment. · Schedule, monitor, and optimize ETL jobs and pipelines. · Manage dataset connections and ensure stable integrations with external systems. · Validate data loads, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections. · Monitor warehouse performance and capacity to support reporting and dashboard demands. · Archive, refresh, and sunset datasets as systems and requirements evolve. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). · 2–4 years of experience in data operations, reporting, or business intelligence. · Strong skills in data preparation, transformation, and integration. · DOMO data management and reporting experience desired; Power BI or similar experience also welcome. · Ability to connect and work with varied data sources (SQL, MySQL, APIs, JSON, payment systems, CRM platforms). · Understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance practices. · Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. · Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
