Burns Veterinary Group is seeking a motivated Multi Site Hospital Operations Manager to support and lead operations across three veterinary hospitals in beautiful Michigan. This role is ideal for a results driven leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with medical leadership to build strong teams, deliver exceptional client service, and ensure high quality patient care. Veterinary industry experience is a plus, we also welcome candidates with leadership backgrounds in human healthcare, retail, hospitality, or other service based industries. This position is best suited for a leader who takes ownership of operational performance, is comfortable making decisions, and enjoys developing strong teams that drive hospital success.
