What You’ll Do As the Technology & Medical Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of technology across AHS while overseeing medical supply ordering for both shelter and clinic operations. You will also play a vital role in supporting the Medical Operations Director with new facility setups and organizational rollouts. Your responsibilities will include: • · Managing all technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting. • · Acting as the primary liaison with IT vendors and service providers. • · Overseeing technology upgrades, rollouts, and integrations across AHS facilities. • · Assisting with ordering medical supplies for shelters and clinics, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and vendor management. • · Negotiating with vendors and maintaining strong relationships to secure the best pricing and service. • · Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate purchase and supply records. • · Assisting the Medical Operations Director with planning and launching new facilities. • · Ensuring all technology and medical systems are properly installed and functional during rollouts. What You’ll Bring • · 2–3 years of experience in IT management, procurement, or operations coordination. • · Experience with medical supply chains, veterinary, or healthcare operations strongly preferred. • · Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. • · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Additional Information • · Position is based at AHS headquarters with regular travel to all facilities. • · Flexibility required for facility rollouts, technology emergencies, and vendor coordination.
