Role Summary As a Trust Senior Business Coordinator within Associated Bank, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance processes, systems, and efficiency across the Trust business line. You’ll work closely with business leaders, IT, and vendors to design and implement innovative solutions that support both operational excellence and compliance. Key Accountabilities Manage multiple Trust business line projects impacting systems, processes, and operations to ensure timely completion and success. Define project scope, timelines, and resource needs, maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders and priorities. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to design, develop, and implement effective system solutions. Analyze existing workflows to identify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing related to new systems, enhancements, and customer-facing products. Collaborate with management to assess system applications and manage enhancement opportunities from concept to implementation. Develop procedures, user guides, and training materials to support new products, system changes, and process improvements. Advise business stakeholders on solutions that streamline processes, integrate technology, and improve overall performance. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Management, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial industry project management or systems experience. Preferred: 6+ years of Trust project management or systems experience. Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management, or other industry-related certifications. Experience leading technology or process improvement initiatives in financial services.
